About the 30-day guarantee
Before June 10, 2009, Clarity video offered a 30-day money back guarantee.
If a client's DVD was not delivered or postmarked within thirty days, the
customer recieved a refund.
Although we still strive to deliver every video within 30 days, there is no
longer a money-back guarantee. Many people misunderstood the
details, and some hard feelings resulted. We also like the freedom to spend
a little longer in the editing room if that's what it takes to make your video
extra special.
Clarity Video still delivers high-quality wedding videos far faster than
